The Scanlon Leadership Network is a 501(c)(6) non-profit, commonly knows as a trade association. The Network Members are corporations. The Network has a supporting arm in the Scanlon Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3) charitable non-profit. The Foundation operates under the supervision of the Network. Individuals are welcome to join the Foundation.
