The classroom learning is accomplished through hands on Lean simulation, then, applied to a project in the participants company. A SLN instructor will be assigned to each participant as his or her coach/mentor to ensure successful Lean tool application and results. All projects are monitored and approved by SLN instructors.

The curriculum is based on the best practices gleaned from organizations which have successfully implemented and sustained Lean. Course content includes simulations, case studies, videos, and digital photo success story examples. Scanlon Quote of the Day
“"The adoption of the Scanlon Plan was the most important business decision made in over 50 active years. I'm totally convinced that the money spent, as a result of the plan was a fraction of the money saved. Furthermore, the total reorientation of all employees was profound. All employees participated in trying to improve the success of the company. Instead of viewing management as the enemy, the company employees were able to work together with management towards the goal of outperforming the competition."”
