Dr. Carl Frost  � � � � � � Dr. Carl Frost and Fred Lesieur worked with Joe at MIT They carried on his work upon his death . Dr. Carl Frost based at Michigan State University brought the Scanlon Process to Herman Miller, Donnelly, Motorola, Beth Israel/Deaconess Medical Center, and Firestone (to name only a few). Dr. Frost also created the "Frost/Scanlon Principles" and the Scanlon Roadmap for organizational change. Recently recognized for his outstanding contribution to the field of Management Psychology, Dr. Frost lives in East Lansing, Michigan. In 1996 Changing Forever: The Well-Kept Secret of America's Leading Companies was published by Michigan State University Press. At the same time his earlier work The Scanlon Plan for Organization Development was reprinted in paperback. He also organized a Scanlon Conference that was held yearly until the 1980's at MIT Fred edited a book of Scanlon readings The Scanlon Plan: a frontier in labor management cooperation published in 1958 by MIT Press.
